  • We collect contact information to enable us to provide the supply of ebikes for trials. Further information about ebike usage and ethnic origin are attained to provide an overview of usage information of the ebike trials to our funder Sestran.

  • Photographs of ebike usage and quotes from feedback forms are used for marketing purposes. Permission to use is asked before hand.

We keep contact information for the length of the ebike trial, once the ebike is returned and checked the details are deleted.  

​Photographs and feedback quotes are kept on file for 3 years and available for marketing use. Photographs may be used indefinitely on our website and social media.
